It is a normal just sitting on a chair meditation. We will start with a review for Morning session, Afternoon session and Night session. However the review is started with the past to current, forgiveness, correction mistake, living kindness and so on. In sitting meditation is his eye to impose a structure rhythm to the mind. The aim here is to expand consciousness by stopping the fluctuations of the mind by this simple physical device. Therefore the eye will look at lower part of nose and moving up to your upper part of nose beside the both eye. Hence when come into a meditation condition, uses the power developed in concentration to remain completely aware of all phenomena.
Just sitting is objectless meditation, in which the practitioner does not use any specific object of meditation, but uses the power developed in concentration to remain completely aware of all phenomena that arise and pass in the present moment. (Between the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and forehead)
